Meanwhile, Tosaki, the desperate head of the Ajin Management Committee, pursues his own agenda. Their conflicting ambitions intensify the struggle between the Ajin and the Japanese government, drawing society as a whole into the conflict. Answering Sato’s call, seven Ajin gather together, only to be confronted with a shocking new plan.
